Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meatloaf

20 oz Fresh Ground Turkey - Lean
1 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
0.75 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 large Egg, Whole
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meatloaf

Saute all veggies in olive oil until soft. Mix ground turkey with egg and cooked veggies. Divide into 4 mini loafs and bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes.
