Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meatloaf

1 lb. lean ground turkey
1/2 red onion, diced
1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced
14 g jalapeno, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. baby spinach leaves, chopped
2 large mushrooms, chopped
2 egg whites
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 tsp. ground sage
1 tsp. ground thyme

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well.

  3. Pack mixture into 8x4x4 loaf pan. Cover with foil and bake for approximately 1 hour or until center of meatloaf registers 170-180 on thermometer.

  4. Cut into eight slices to serve
