This recipe is low in sodium and sugar. If you can find no sugar ketchup all the better.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meatloaf

2 1tsp Olive Oil
1 cup Onions
3 clove Garlic
20 oz Ground Turkey
1 slice Milton's Healthy Multi-Grain
0.25 cup Egg Substitute, Liquid
0.75 cup Ketchup, Low Sodium
2 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
0.75 tsp Salt Substitute
0.5 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meatloaf

  1. Directions

  2. Heat oil in a skillet.

  3. In a food processer grind bread, I use Milton?s Multi-Grain, into coarse bread crumbs.

  4. Cook onion and garlic in oil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  5. Place mixture in a large bowl to cool for 5 minutes.

  6. Combine turkey, bread crumbs, egg substitute, low sodium catsup, Worcestershire sauce, no salt, and pepper with onion mixture.

  7. Press meatloaf into an 8x4-inch loaf pan.

  8. Spread remaining catsup on top.

  9. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 50-55 minutes.

  10. (Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees.) Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
