Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meatloaf

40 oz Ground Turkey, 93% Lean
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
3 medium Carrots
3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
0.25 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
7 oz Mushrooms
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meatloaf

  1. Put vegetables in food processor. Blend until vegetables are minced. Mix with oatmeal for oatmeal to absorb moisture. Add ground turkey mix well together. Shape in to 2 loaves. Bake @ 350 for about 1 hour.

  2. Serve with a side of salad.
