Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meatloaf

1 lb. ground turkey
3/4 cup brown rice
1 tablespoon ketchup
1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup ketchup

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meatloaf

  1. Combine turkey, brown rice (already cooked), 1 T ketchup, brown sugar, and onion. Put in loaf pan.

  2. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, covered.

  3. Uncover, top with 1/2 C ketchup, bake for 10 more minutes.
