Easy, lo-cal tasty turkey meatloaf. If your family thinks oatmeal is weird as a thickener, just grind it a little in food processor before adding it and it will disappear.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meatloaf

1 egg white
1 lb. ground turkey (94% lean)
1/2 cup oatmeal (old fashioned)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 chopped garlic clove
4 tblsp ketchup
1 tblsp Adobo seasoning
1 tsp grill seasoning
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Whip egg whites until frothy.

  3. Mix all ingredients together except 2 TBLSP ketchup.

  4. Spray PAM into loaf pan

  5. Form into loaf

  6. Smear top of loaf with remaining 2 TBLSP ketchup

  7. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
