A great meatloaf that will be as good or better the next day.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meatloaf

28 oz Fresh Ground Turkey - Lean
1 1tsp Olive Oil
3 clove Garlic
0.75 tsp Sea Salt
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
4.5 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
0.33 cup Soup, Chicken Broth
3 tbsp Ketchup
0.75 cup Bread Crumbs Plain
1 large Egg, Whole
1 large Egg, White

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meatloaf

Heat oil and saute onions until soft. Add garlic, half the salt, half the pepper and cook 1 minute. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, broth, and a tbsp. of ketchup. Tranfer to a bowl and cool. When cool add turkey, bread crumbs, egg, egg while and remaining salt an dpepper and mix well. Put on a greased cookie sheet, brush remaining ketchup on top and cook for 45 min at 375 degree or until internal temerature is 170 degrees.
