Delicious and healthy low fat meatloaf

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meatloaf

20 oz lean ground turkey
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon of olive oil
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meatloaf

  1. Chop garlic clove, and all veggies

  2. Saute garlic and olive oil, add all veggies into the mix with salt, pepper and whatever italian style herbs you have

  3. Wait for veggies to cool, add to ground turkey, with milk, egg and breadcrumbs

  4. Shape into a loaf pan

  5. Cook for 45minutes on 425, covered

  6. Drain juices

  7. Uncover, and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes
