Classic recipe made a bit healthier with ground turkey.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey meatloaf

2 eggs
3/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup of oatmeal
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp dried parsley leaves
1/2 tsp rubbed sage
1 lbs of ground turkey breast
10 oz ) 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/8 tsp ground pepper

Recipe Directions for Turkey meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees

  2. Mix first 7 ingredients in bowl

  3. Add ground turkey and mix well

  4. Pat mixture in loaf pan and cook for 45 minutes or until

  5. meat looks done, but not dried out.

  6. 10 minutes prior to finish, pull out loaf, drain off any fat

  7. Mix soup, mustard and pepper..

  8. Top loaf with soup mixture.

  9. Return to oven for last 10 minutes or until glaze is golden.
