Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meatloaf

1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 lb. ground turkey
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meatloaf

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. In a large bowl mix together turkey, onion, garlic, egg, milk, breadcrumbs, and add salt and pepper to taste.

  3. In a separate bowl mix together ketchup, mustard and brown sugar.

  4. Mold meat mixture into a loaf shape and place into greased baking pan.

  5. Top meatloaf with ketchup, mustard and brown sugar mixture and bake for 1 hour.
