Turkey Meatloaf Recipe

This is a good recipe with an italian spin.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meatloaf

4 oz. catsup
1 clove garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. seasoning salt
3 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
16 oz. ground turkey breast
1 cup oats
1/4 cup egg substitute
1/2 cup shredded zucchini
4 mushrooms, chopped
1 tsp. pepper

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. In a food processor, chop old fashioned oats until coarse grind and put in mixing bowl.

  3. Using the food processor, chop the zucchini and mushrooms. Add to the bowl.

  4. Add all of the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly (use your hands).

  5. Shape into a loaf and place on a broiler pan that was sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake for 45 minutes.

  6. Cool 15 minutes before cutting.
