Delicious, low in fat and calories meat loaf.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meatloaf

2 tsp olive oil
1 red pepper, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 lbs lean ground turkey
1/2 packet (18g) onion soup mix
1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 cup cooking wine
1/2 cup italian bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. In small skillet sautee garlic and red pepper in olive oil over medium heat 3-5 minutes, until soft.

  3. In a large bowl place turkey, onion soup mix, wine, egg whites and bread crumbs. Add garlic and peppers

  4. Mix with hands until well combined.

  5. Place turkey mix into a pyrex dish prepared with cooking spray and form into a loaf.

  6. Bake 35- to 45 minutes until middle of loaf is cooked through.

  7. Enjoy!!!
