Turkey Meatloaf Recipe

This is a test recipe. I'm still in the process of tweaking it.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meatloaf

1 lb. lean ground turkey
3/8 cup pearl barley
2 tbs. millet
1/4 cup adzuki beans
1/4 cup egg white
2 tsp. brown sugar
2 cloves garlic
1/2 oz. red bell pepper
1 oz. onion
1 oz. yam
1 oz. carrot

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meatloaf

  1. Cook millet, barley, and beans until soft. Drain excess water.

  2. Grate vegetables.

  3. Put all ingredients in food processor. Blend well.

  4. Put into a greased small loaf pan.

  5. Bake at 350 F for 50 minutes, or until done.
