Low cal meatloaf - VERY GOOD! (3 Weight Watchers points per serving)

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meatloaf

1 lb extra lean ground turkey
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup crushed special K
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1/4 cup egg whites
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 dried parsley to taste
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Mix all ingredients together. Transfer to a 5x9 loaf pan.

  3. Bake 45 min.

  4. *1/2 C crushed special K = about 2 cups of cereal
