Turkey Meatloaf with Lots of Vegetables!

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meatloaf

1/2 pound ground turkey
2 cups mushrooms
1 green pepper
1/2 onion
1 medium egg
1/4 cup salsa
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 dash sea salt
1 ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Food process green peppers, mush rooms and onions until tiny, but perhaps with a few chunks of veggies still a little big/identifiable.

  3. Add the processed veggies to the ground turkey meat, add an egg, Worcestershire salt and pepper and salsa and mix together with hands or spoon.

  4. Line a baking dish with foil--a meatloaf pan or anything metal with sides that will hold it. Shape as desired.

  5. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes.
