Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meatloaf

1.62 pounds lean ground turkey (package)
170 grams Vidalia Sweet Onion
62 grams Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 egg
1 egg white
6 serving (Hunts) Tomato Ketchup 100% Natural

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Line a lipped baking sheet with foil and coat with a bit of olive oil. I use a paper towel to spread the olive oil around.

  3. Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl. (I mix it by hand.)

  4. Shape onto lipped baking sheet and top with sugar-free ketchup.

  5. Bake in the oven for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees F or until the meat is cooked through and the internal temperature is 170 degrees F.

  6. Let it sit for about 15 minutes and slice into 8 even pieces.
