Moist turkey meatloaf. Can use beef instead.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meatloaf

22 oz (raw) Ground Turkey
2 slice Bread, Whole-wheat, Commercially Prepared
8 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1/2 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
2 large Egg, Whole
8 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 cup, chopped Onions
2 tsp Sauce, Ready-to-serve, Pepper Or Hot

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meatloaf

Toast bread and chop into 1" pieces. Saute onions 5 minutes. Cool and add to 2 beaten eggs, 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey, milk, cheese and hot sauce. fold in toast. Form into log in center of 9 x 13 baking dish and cover with ketchup. Bake 325 for 1 hour 15 minutes.
