Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meatloaf Muffins

32 oz (raw) Ground Turkey
1 cup, diced Celery
1 cup, chopped Onions
0.5 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
0.5 teaspoon Cumin, Ground
2 tsp or 1 packet Mustard, Prepared, Yellow
2 tsp Chili Powder
3 large Egg, White
1 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meatloaf Muffins

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Lightly grease a muffin pan with olive oil.

  3. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together, being careful not to overmix the meat.

  4. Roll portions of mixture into balls approximately the size of a raquet ball and place in muffin pan.

  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until cooked through completely.

  6. Makes 12 'muffins'
