Diet friendly and healthy meatloaf

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meatloaf Lean

40 oz Turkey Breast, ground
3 oz Carrot, grated
1 oz Celery, chopped
3 oz Peppers, chopped
5 oz Onion, chopped
1/2 cups Oats, quick
1/2 cups Egg Beaters
2 tbsp Vinegar, cider
2 tbsp Milk, 2% reduced fat
2 tbsp mixed herbs, dried
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp Black Pepper
60 grams salsa
100 grams ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meatloaf Lean

  1. Heat oven to 350F

  2. Spray baking dish with Pam or butter

  3. Combine first 12 ingredients in a bowl

  4. Form into loaf and place in baking dish

  5. Bake for 35 minutes

  6. Combine Salsa and Ketchup in a bowl

  7. Pour over Meatloaf

  8. Bake for 25 minutes

  9. Rest for 5-10 minutes

  10. Slice and enjoy
