This recipe came from a package of ground turkey. It is very moist. Updated to remove butter.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meatloaf - Extra Moist

1 t olive oil
1 c onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
1 1/2 lbs lean ground turkey
2 c breadcrumbs
1/4 c ketchup
1/2 t black pepper
1 t italian seasoning
1 t worcestershire sauce

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meatloaf - Extra Moist

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet.

  2. Cook onion and garlic in olive oil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. Place mixture in bowl to cool for 5 minutes.

  4. Combine turkey, bread crumbs, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, and pepper with onion mixture.

  5. Press meatloaf into 8x4 inch load pan.

  6. Spread ketchup on top.

  7. Bake in a 350 degress oven for 50-55 minutes.

  8. (Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees.) Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
