Easy turkey meatloaf baked in single serving portions.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meatloaf Cups

2/3 c bulls eye bbq sauce
2 lbs ground turkey
2/3 c bread crumbs
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 large egg, lightly beaten
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meatloaf Cups

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. In large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.

  3. Divide mixture evenly to fill all 12 cups of a muffin tin.

  4. Gently compress meat in cup.

  5. Brush tops with small amount of bbq sauce.

  6. Bake until inside temperature registers 170 degress F, about 45 minutes.

  7. Remove from oven; let rest 5 minutes before removing from tin.

  8. For an added zing, add a dill pickle spear (minced).
