1 large Egg, Whole
2 tbsp Forti-Flax Ground Flax Seed
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
0.25 cup Sauce Apple Unsweetened
1 tsp Salt, Table
2 tbsp Light Pasteurized Process Cheese Product
1/2 cup Sauce, Ready-to-serve, Salsa
1.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
