Turkey is lower in fat & calories than ground beef. This meatloaf is moist & delicious.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meatloaf 2

2 lb. lean ground turkey
1 large egg, beaten
2 T. reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 T. balsamic vinegar
6 garlic cloves, grated
1/4 c. onion, grated
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. black pepper
1/4 c. bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meatloaf 2

  1. Bring turkey to room temp. approx. 30 mins.

  2. Lightly beat egg.

  3. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray broiler pan & slotted rack with cooking spray.

  4. Put turkey in bowl, grate garlic & onions on top. Add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper & breadcrumbs.

  5. Mix thoroughly but lightly - don't overwork meat or it will be meatloaf will be tough.

  6. Shape into two 1 lb. loaves. Place on prepared broiler pan and bake in preheated oven 40 mins.

  7. Remove pan from oven, cover with foil and let rest 7 mins.

  8. Slice & serve!
