Makes about a dozen good sized meat balls

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meatballs

1 lb Poultry food products, ground turkey, raw
0.3 cup, sliced Onions
2 clove Garlic
59 grams Wine
30 9/10 grams Parmesan, Hard Cheese
1 large Egg, Whole
3 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meatballs

  1. Thaw turkey completely

  2. Finely chop onion and garlic, saute about 6 minutes

  3. Lightly scramble egg brains, add to bowl with ground turkey. Add finely chopped breadcrumbs and a (few) splashes of wine.

  4. Add onion, garlic, and cheese into mixture.

  5. Don't overmix!!

  6. Put on a cookie sheet in the broiler until high for about 15 minutes. Watch them as they easily burn.
