Turkey meatballs made with no breadcrumbs.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meatballs

16 oz Ground Turkey
0.5 small Onions
2 cloves, raw Garlic
1 small Peppers, Sweet, Red
4 tbsp Barbecue Sauce
2 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
0.5 tsp Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meatballs

  1. Finely chop onions, red pepper and garlic and mix together (I use a food processor)

  2. Add ground turkey, egg and spices and mix.

  3. Roll into small balls - I made 20 using this recipe.

  4. Place balls on greased broiler pan (or can use a cookie sheet, but broiler pan lets the fat drip off).

  5. Bake for 35-40 mins at 350F.
