Nutritionals are per meatball, I got 25 out of this recipe (but I like them small-ish). No pasta sauce or pasta included in nutritionals.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meatballs

8 oz ground turkey breast
3/4 medium onion
8 tbsp OneCarb ketchup
1/3 cup wheat bran
1 egg white
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meatballs

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Mix first 4 ingredients. Season to taste (I just throw in seasonings... just guesstimated the amounts here). Then mis in egg white.

  3. Make meatballs, place in Pyrex baking dish, about 1/2 inch apart.

  4. Bake for 20 mins (or until done). Be careful not to overbake as they dry out (but still taste good!)
