Great low calorie, low fat recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meatballs

2 lbs extra lean ground turkey
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 onion
1 tsp hot pepper flakes
4 tbsp light Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meatballs

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees

  2. Mix everything together in a bowl

  3. Use tablespoon to measure out equal meatballs and arrange on cookie sheet (sprayed with non-stick spray)

  4. Cook for 15 minutes and turn all meatballs over, cook for another 15 minutes
