Meatballs that can be added to spaghetti sauce, sweet and sour sauce or eaten on their own (or in sandwiches)

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meatballs

1 1/2 lbs extra lean ground turkey
1 cup bread crumbs
120 ml skim milk
3 large egg whites
1/3 cup parsley flakes
3 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 onion
2 tablespoons light parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meatballs

  1. preheat oven @ 400 degrees

  2. add milk to bread crumbs, let sit for about 5 mins (until bread crumbs are softened)

  3. mince onions and add to meat

  4. add all other ingredients to meat (including bread crumbs and milk mixture)

  5. mix well

  6. let sit for about 1 hour

  7. scoop meat into balls

  8. bake on cookie sheet for apprx. 15 mins (till no longer pink in middle)
