Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meatballs

1 1/4 pounds lean ground turkey
3 tbsp white onion, minced
3/4 cup oats
1 cup skim milk
1/4 c flour
2 tbsp vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meatballs

  1. Mix all ingredients but flour and vegetable oil.

  2. Roll into balls.

  3. Chill for 30 minutes.

  4. Dredge in flour then brown in oil.

  5. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until internal temp is 165 degrees.
