Makes 9 servings



Use for Sandwiches or Pasta Make 36 1 ounce meatballs raw. Serving Size is 4 meatballs, approx 3 ounces.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meatballs

1/8 cup onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1 egg
1/2 cup fat free milk
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1.66 pounds lean ground turkey
1 1/2 tbs olive oil

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meatballs

  1. Chop Onion Fine

  2. Mince Garlic

  3. Mix in bowl

  4. Add basil and oregano

  5. Add egg and milk and mix together

  6. Add Turkey and bread crumbs and mix throughly

  7. Measure Olive oil into measuring cup. Use the tablespoom to make 1 ounce meatballs. Dip the Tablespoon in oil to coat and make next meatball. Repeat.

  8. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 10 minutes. Rotate tray and bake for another 10 minutes.
