Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meatballs

20 oz Fresh Ground Turkey Breast
1.5 cup Panko
1 large Egg, Whole
1 wedge yields Lemon Juice
1 tsp Lemon Peel
1 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Rosemary, Fresh
0.25 tsp Sea Salt
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meatballs

  1. in a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix until just combined do not overmix!

  2. take quarter cup size pieces of dough and roll around until a loose ball forms

  3. place on a foil line baking sheet (might want to spray the foil with olive oil just to prevent sticking)

  4. broil under a high broiler for 8-10 minutes turning as they brown
