Low Fat, Low Carb, Low sugar! Add or use seasonings at your discretion. I love pepper and garlic.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey meatballs

28 oz (raw) Ground Turkey
4 clove Garlic
1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions
4 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
2 tsp Sea Salt
1 tbsp Pepper, Black
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Red Pepper

Recipe Directions for Turkey meatballs

Sautee chopped onions and garlic until soft, take off heat. Mix eggs, parmesan, and seasonings with cooled sautéed onion mixture. Add turkey and mix gently. Mixture will be loose. Shape into meatballs and bake @ 350 for 20 minutes. Add to sauce and cook 1 hour. Serve over spaghetti squash or zucchini strips, sautéed with garlic!
