My own low fat soup. You can use any zero (o) veggies you like. Enjoy.. Great for Lunch or dinner. Serving size 1.5 Cups or 8 oz.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meatball Veg. Soup

1 oz Ground turkey
8 oz fat free chicken broth
1 stalk Celery
1 cup Raw Spinach
1/8 cup White Beans
1/8 cup Sweet Onion
1/4 Leek
1/2 Squash
1/2 Zucchini
1/10 oz Seasoned Bread crumbs
1/8 tsp Minced Garlic
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp basil (or Ms. Dash)
30 baby carrots

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meatball Veg. Soup

  1. Turkey Meatballs

  2. 1/2 lb Ground turkey (or less if you want less meat)

  3. Bread Crumbs

  4. Salt

  5. Pepper

  6. Basil

  7. Combine ingredients and set aside

  8. In pot

  9. Chop all veggies including Spinach

  10. Put in pot add fat free chicken broth 32 oz.

  11. Add mini meatballs.

  12. Raw ground turkey mixture formed into mini meat balls and drop in soup.

  13. Cook on high until it comes to a boil then reduce heat to simmer for 45mins or until veggies are tender.

  14. Enjoy...
