Turkey meatloaf - a healthier choice

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meat Loaf

32 oz ground turkey
1/2 egg whites
1 red onion
4 oz bread, whole wheat
1 tsp tarragon
1 tsp savory
1 beef bouillon cube

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meat Loaf

  1. Place turkey, chopped onion, cubed bread and seasonings in a bowl and mix together.

  2. Crush beef cube and add to the mixture along with the egg whites.

  3. form into a loaf and put in a non-stick sprayed loaf pan.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes.

  5. Slice and serve.
