Lean ground turkey in a traditional meatloaf style.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey meat Loaf

1 medium Onions
4 large Egg, White
4 serving Salsa
0.75 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
8 oz Tomato Ketchup
24 oz Ground Turkey Breast, 99% Fat-free

Recipe Directions for Turkey meat Loaf

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combind ground turkey, oats, salsa, egg whites, onion (chopped) and soup mix in a large mixing bowl. Press mixture into a 5" x 9" loaf pan. Spread ketchup over top. Bake in pre--heated oven until meat loaf is no longer pink in center and juice is clear, about 1 hour. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
