2 large egg whites
2 large eggs
1 cup of quick oats
1/2 cup fat free milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 onion
2 garlic cloves

Combine all ingredients and put it into a greased loaf pan at 350 for 50 minutes
