Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meat Loaf

1 egg
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 lb Lean Ground Turkey
1/4 c Bread Crumbs
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Oregano
2 tbsp onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1 c carrots, grated
1/2 c red pepper, chopped
1/4 c barbecue sauce (I use diana sauce)
1 c baked beans, in tomato sauce
3/4 c shredded cheese, fat free

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meat Loaf

  1. Mix egg & worcestershire sauce together in small dish.

  2. Mix together in large bowl - Ground Turkey, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, onions, garlic, carrots and barbecue sauce.

  3. Add liquid mixture to meat mixture & mix together well

  4. Add baked beans into meat mixture and gently blend (over mixing will make mush out of the beans)

  5. Press half of mixture into casserole dish

  6. Spread cheese leaving 1/2" around the edge

  7. Press remaining mixture on top

  8. With a fork press the loaf in a little from the edge to make a well
