"Depression" meat loaf, with a hard boiled egg inside.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey meat loaf

10 oz ground turkey breast
2 large eggs
1 cup dry oatmeal
1/2 cup tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Turkey meat loaf

  1. Hard Boil one egg, let cool, remove shell

  2. Combine ground turkey breast, the other egg and oatmeal.

  3. Season with granulated garlic powder, salt, pepper and italian seasoning.

  4. Form meat mixture into loaf. Then depress the middle to accomodate hard boild egg.

  5. Fold meat fixture over egg so that it is hidden, lengthwise, in the middle of the loaf.

  6. Place in loaf pan, pour tomato sauce over loaf.

  7. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
