Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meat Loaf!

1 pound Turkey, all classes, meat only, raw
1/3 cup bread crumbs, plain
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/8 cup bell pepper, yellow, chopped
1/8 cup bell pepper, red, chopped
1/8 cup bell pepper, orange, chopped
1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon thyme, dried
1 teaspoon oregano, dried
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, ground
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 egg whites
1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup ketchup
1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meat Loaf!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Mix together turkey, eggs, onions, peppers, garlic. In a separate bowl, mix bread crumbs and seasonings. Add in applesauce and 1/4 cup ketchup. Spray baking/cookie sheet with non-stick spray, or a loaf pan with non-stick spray. Either free form loaf on cookie sheet or put loaf in loaf pan. Cook at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown/semi-firm to the touch. Turn the broiler on and put loaf back into oven for 5-7 minutes. Remove loaf and put 1/3 cup ketchup on top of loaf, returning it to the oven to broil for 4-6 more minutes. Remove. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
