Mom's original recipe.. with a turkey twist!

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meat Flats & Pasta

1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup bread crumbs
12 ounces tomato sauce
2 eggs
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 pound pasta

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meat Flats & Pasta

  1. Begin by mixing thawed ground turkey with eggs and bread crumbs. Cook in pan until browned, and cooked all of the way through.

  2. Bring water to a boil while turkey is cooking and cook pasta to desired taste.

  3. When turkey burgers (flats) are cooked all of the way through, pour in can of tomato sauce and season with various spices.

  4. Bring tomato sauce to boil, then reduce to simmer.

  5. Serve immediately, pasta with turkey flats and sauce on top. DELICIOUS!
