Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Marsala with Egg Noodle Primavera

8 oz egg noodle
2 cup broccoli
1 red pepper
4 small tomatoes
4 cloves garlic
1 1/3 tablespoon olive oil
1/3 cup fat free chicken broth
1 lb Ground Turkey Breast, 99% Fat-free
8 oz mushroom
1 tbls flour
1/2 cup cooking wine
2 cups nonfat yogurt
4 tbls honey
4 tbls almonds

Recipe Directions for Turkey Marsala with Egg Noodle Primavera

  1. Cook egg noodle per directions, add to noodle in the last 3 minutes broccoli, red pepper.

  2. Saute 1 teaspoon olive oil, tomatoes, 1/2 garlic then add 2 tablespoons chicken broth. Mix noodles in and warm through. Set aside.

  3. Season turkey and cook in non stick skillet until lightly browned and cooked through. Set aside.

  4. Use last teaspoon of oil in same skillet and saute rest of garlic and mushrooms. Sprinkle flour over and cook until mushrooms tender. Add Marsala cooking wine and rest of chicken broth. Bring to boil then simmer until slightly thickened.

  5. Assemble pasta with turkey and cover with marsala sauce.

  6. Assemble yogurt with 1 tablespoon honey and almonds when ready for dessert.
