Recipe Ingredients for Turkey marinara

84 oz Tomatoes, Crushed, Canned
2 carrots, shredded
1 sweet red pepper, chopped
5 green onions, chopped
5 cups kale, chopped
5 cloves garlic, chopped
1 cup parsley, chopped
3 tbs dried oregano
6 basil leaves, chopped
3 tbs olive oil
20 oz ground turkey, 98% fat free

Recipe Directions for Turkey marinara

  1. Heat olive oil in large pot

  2. Brown turkey meat

  3. Add chopped & shred veggies- cook until soft

  4. Add canned tomatoes

  5. Add herbs

  6. Add Salt & pepper to taste

  7. Simmer for at minimum 1 hour, serve over pasta of choice
