Turkey with tomato sause, almonds, cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Maranara

12 oz Turkey breast
14 oz can tomato sauce
1 cup almonds
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon basil
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese

Recipe Directions for Turkey Maranara

  1. Slice turkey into 1/4 inch thick strips

  2. grind almonds in blender

  3. Warm tomato sause, seasonings in a small sause pan

  4. Coat turkey strips with almonds, and cook in oil in a large pan

  5. When turkey is browned on both sides place in glass cooking dish

  6. Cover with tomato sause

  7. put shredded mozarella over that.

  8. Cook for 20 minutes
