Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Mac & Tomatoes

0.82 kg ground chicken
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
540 ml Italian Classics Tomatoes
1 tsp minced garlic

Recipe Directions for Turkey Mac & Tomatoes

  1. Chop red & green pepper into medium sized chunks.

  2. Brown peppers in olive oil until slightly browned, set aside.

  3. Fry ground turkey until cooked thoroughly.

  4. Add peppers, tomatoes and garlic.

  5. Simmer until flavours have melded nicely.
