Light turkey Mac and cheese- baked

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Mac and Cheese

3 cups macaroni
1 lb ground turkey
16 oz cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup low fat cheddar
1/2 cup low fat mozzarella

Recipe Directions for Turkey Mac and Cheese

  1. boil mac al dente

  2. brown turkey

  3. add seasoning

  4. add mushrooms

  5. add soup and water

  6. bring to boil and simmer

  7. mix mac and turkey mixture with half the cheese

  8. put in casserole and top with remaining cheese

  9. cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes
