Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Loaf from recipe

4 oz Ground Turkey, fat-free (99%)
1 cup flowerets Broccoli, Flower Clusters
1 NLEA serving Carrots, Baby
1 large Egg, White
2 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 slice Bread, Whole-wheat, Commercially Prepared
3 tbsp chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for Turkey Loaf from recipe

Mix ground turkey with egg and bread crumbs and spices, spread out on wax paper to make a 8x15 sheet. Top with steamed chopped carrots and broccoli mixed with parmesan. Using the wax paper, roll into log and place in loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour at 375m or until internal temperature is 180.
