Lean and yummy. Adapted from Perdue recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Loaf

2 lbs. ground turkey, 93% lean
1 cup bread crumbs
2 large eggs
245 grams tomato sauce (8 oz.)
2 tbsp dijon mustard
15 grams worcestershire sauce (1 tbsp.)
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup green pepper, diced

Recipe Directions for Turkey Loaf

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until well blended. In a 13x9 inch baking pan, shape turkey mixture into oval loaf. Bake uncovered 1 hour or until meat thermometer inserted in center registers 165 degrees f. Let stand 10 minutes before servin. Makes 8 servings.
