Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Loaf

1 lb. ground turkey
1 cup bread crumbs
1 1/4 cups nonfat milk
1/4 cup Egg Beaters
1 1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp sage
1 tbsp worcestershire

Recipe Directions for Turkey Loaf

  1. Mix all the ingredients.

  2. Spread in an ungreased loaf pan and cook at 350F for 90 minutes.

  3. (Alternatively, the mixture can be used to make meatballs or smaller, individual meat loaf loaves, which will only take about half the time to bake. After baking, extra loaves will keep in the freezer.)
