Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Loaf

1 lb 93% ground turkey
2 eggs
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup quick oats
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Turkey Loaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Combine ingredients in a large bowl; mix with hands to combine.

  3. Press into loaf pan.

  4. Cook for 50 minutes or until done.

  5. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

  6. Serve.
