Meat loaf made lean with ground turkey breast.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Loaf

1 1/4 lb turkey breast
2 slices whole wheat bread
2 egg whites
1 egg
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 onion chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 small carrot, chopped
1 tbs ketchup
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Turkey Loaf

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until all ingredients are well distributed. Form into a loaf on baking sheet and spread ketchup over outside. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 - 55 minutes. Slice and serve.
